-Send the guest list in advance to know about prior connections (both good and bad) to help with seating etc
-At the event teach people how to give feedback (1 tier direct experience done it before, 2 tier indirect experience but worked closely with this person who done it before)
-More people in the room taking care of the plates. (Had a plate in front of me for a while before someone grabbed it)
-Have water bottles ready for people to grab (not just water in pitchers)
-Break up the energy go outside move around
-Add more time for buffers
-Coach the hotel room ahead of time to know which room and time for the guests walking in
-Coach the entire staff team to know when the serve the food and be on time
